What is a FILTER

A filter is a set of commands given to your email program that tells the application what to do with incoming information. It consists usually of three parts. The application is simply asking, what am I looking for, what do you want me to do with it when I find it, and finally what is the disposition of the item when I have completed it? In Calypso, setting up the filters is as easy as answering a few questions.

When setting up the filter, I recommend you copy and paste directly from the incoming message so that your “string” is exact. (String – A series of alphanumeric characters)

of the screen, and the prieview pane closed. What you are looking at in the picture above is the summary screen.

You can have as many accounts as you have being pulled by the application and each account can have its own set of filters!
