At the start of each work period, the first thing you will do is to log into Calypso or your chosen email program. With filters properly in place Calypso begins to work its magic.

The filters send out the autoresponse, special messages are flagged for special handling, and the few left that are not filtered, you can quickly look through to determine if you want to create a new filter or junk them.

Answer all the red flagged messages, the calls for help, the personal email, then send out the follow-up e-mail. This should take roughly an hour depending on how many help messages are received.
