Tracking Your Activities
Any MBA will tell you that a key skill in any business is to be able to work with statistics. You must know what they mean and how to use them. The simplest definition of a statistic that I can think of is, "it is the number of something compared to the same something created at an earlier date or time." There are a number of ways you can make those numbers valuable to you.
